[Odor Control Case Study] Odor Control Measures for Air Conditioning Return in a Filter Factory

Introduction of odor control delivery results for industrial factories.

Kyosei Air Tech Co., Ltd. proposes odor control measures that satisfy our customers and provides comprehensive support from investigation and measurement to the design, manufacturing, and installation of deodorization equipment. Our company, which has tackled odor control measures for various factories, will introduce some case studies. 【Odor Control Measures for Air Conditioning Return in a Filter Factory】 ■Background When planning a new factory, we received a request to remove indoor-generated odors with deodorization equipment to reduce air conditioning costs and return the air. We considered measures using the ODS deodorization system. We conducted a demo test at a different factory in advance and confirmed that we could reduce odors to a non-odor level, after which we proceeded with the actual equipment design. The ODS deodorization system adsorbs odors and introduces ozone gas into the device, causing a catalytic reaction that decomposes the adsorbed odors. Unlike activated carbon, it is a space-saving device that decomposes the adsorbed odors and has a long-lasting catalyst. *If you are interested in the details of the measures, please download the case study collection from the link below.

[Odor Control Case Study] Measures for Controlling Odors from Alcohol-Containing Exhaust

Introduction of odor control delivery results for industrial factories.

Kyosei Air Tech Co., Ltd. proposes odor control measures that satisfy our customers and provides consistent support from investigation and measurement to the design, manufacturing, and installation of deodorization equipment. Our company, which has tackled odor control in various factories, will introduce some case studies. 【Odor Control for Alcohol-Containing Exhaust】 ■Background Due to alcohol-containing exhaust from an existing factory, black mold was growing on the walls, and the annual costs for wall cleaning and repainting were substantial, leading to a consultation regarding alcohol reduction. The target odor was a complex odor containing alcohol from fermented seasonings (a strong smell reminiscent of sweet rice bran). We conducted a preliminary demo test to verify how much alcohol reduction was possible. As a result, we calculated a high removal efficiency of 92.5% using a water-only solution with a scrubber. *If you are interested in the details of the measures taken, please download the case study collection from the link below.

[Odor Control Case Study] Odor Control Measures for a Can Manufacturing Factory

Introduction of odor control delivery results for industrial factories.

Kyosei Air Tech Co., Ltd. proposes odor control measures that satisfy our customers and provides comprehensive support from investigation and measurement to the design, manufacturing, and installation of deodorization equipment. Our company, which has tackled odor control measures for various factories, will introduce some case studies. 【Odor Control Measures for a Canning Manufacturing Factory】 ■Background During the manufacturing of cans, it is necessary to apply coolant as a lubricant, which was the cause of the odor. After conducting a consultation, it was found that there were numerous exhaust outlets, including indoor and local exhausts, indicating many areas needing attention. The results of verification demo tests confirmed that spraying a deodorant matched to the coolant odor effectively reduced the odor, leading to the design of a practical system using the "Hybrid Scrubber Type W." *If you are interested in the details of the measures taken, please download and view the case study collection from the link below.

[Odor Control Case Study] Exhaust Odor Control Measures for Fire Experiment Facility Research Facility

Introduction of odor control delivery results for industrial factories.

Kyosei Air Tech Co., Ltd. proposes odor control measures that can satisfy our customers, and we provide comprehensive assistance from investigation and measurement to the design, manufacturing, and installation of deodorization equipment. Our company, which has tackled odor control measures for various factories, will introduce some case studies. 【Odor Control Measures for Exhaust from Fire Experiment Facility Research Facility】 ■Background We received a request to reduce the impact on the outside environment when ventilating a room where combustion tests are conducted. Currently, there are no odor complaints in the surrounding area, and the regulatory values are being met, with the existing deodorization equipment operating effectively. However, in order to implement further measures, there was a desire to install a new deodorization unit after the existing one without conducting preliminary verification tests or consultations, selecting a duct spray system based on odor quality and exhaust air volume. Due to the enormous exhaust air volume, it was easy to implement measures by simply installing nozzles in the existing duct with a spray system, so we proposed this specification. *If you are interested in the details of the measures, please download the case study collection from the link below.

[Odor Control Case Study] Odor Control Measures for Automotive Interior Parts Manufacturing Factory

Introduction of odor control delivery results for industrial factories.

Kyosei Air Tech Co., Ltd. proposes odor control measures that satisfy our customers, providing consistent support from investigation and measurement to the design, manufacturing, and installation of deodorization equipment. Our company, which has tackled odor control measures for various factories, will introduce case studies from overseas. 【Odor Control Measures for Automotive Interior Parts Manufacturing Factory】 ■Background There were odor complaints from nearby residents regarding odors generated during the manufacturing process of automotive interior parts in Thailand, and they requested odor control measures. Upon reviewing the existing equipment, it was found that exhaust odors were being diluted with air before being released. While this method could reduce the odor by diluting it, complaints persisted as the odor was not completely eliminated. After conducting an odor control consultation, it was determined that the odor level was actually below the threshold requiring control, but we considered additional odor control measures by exploring deodorization equipment. *If you are interested in the details of the measures taken, please download the case study from the link below.
